ACT in the Workplace - WorkshopAcceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) in the Workplace is an interactive workshop that can be delivered as 1 full day or 2 half days. The training is suitable for between 10-20 participants. ACT in the Workplace prepares employees to: - Find new ways to manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions - Develop psychological flexibility and resilience - Remain present and centred in stressful situations - Identify and take focused action towards valued goals

Individual Counselling & CoachingAcceptance & Commitment Training has been designed to be delivered to employees on the full spectrum of workplace stress and anxiety. Some employees, however, benefit from individual counselling or coaching to help them look at specific goals are targets. Our Individual Counselling & Coaching is: - Goal focused - Time-limited - Tailored to each employees needs
Holistic Wellbeing ServicesAlong with our workshops and other individual services, we are also able to provide a wide range of other complementary wellbeing services. Our list of services includes: - Yoga - Pilates - Meditation - Mindfulness - Fitness
Make a Self-Referral
Complete the simple form below to start the self-referral process. A member of our team will be in touch during working hours to provide you with a link to complete our full referral paperwork so we can get you matched with a counsellor as quickly as possible.
Please ensure you use your MBM staff email to complete the initial self-referral. You will be able to use a personal email for future correspondence once your employment has been verified.
Terms of service:
• The counselling service is not available to anyone who is under notice of termination of employment (regardless of whether MBM or the employee/partner served the notice).
• The counselling service is designed to encourage employees and partners to seek help and support. MBM shall not, therefore, offer payment in lieu of the service.
• The counselling service can be varied or ceased at any time at the discretion of MBM and members of staff shall not be entitled to any compensation in such circumstances.
